10 Things I Hate About You has joined Clueless on the very short list of adaptations which I will watch in preference to watching or reading the original.
Haven't seen it and can't, right at the moment, remember what it's an adaptation of. Which doesn't exactly add up to a no, but doesn't make it to a yes, either.
I really like "10 Things." I also liked "Cruel Intentions," the teen version of "Dangerous Liasions," the American version of "Les Liasions Dangerouses"... see how this stuff gets going?
I guess the best thing about "10 Things" is that you don't hate Kat. In fact, you're cheering for her as she kicks ass, and teaches her sister to do the same. There's little enough of that in teen movies, you know.
