I think it's a cold. Just a boring stupid cold, the kind I get with depressing regularity.

So if I seem especially slow-moving and rebarbative for the next few days ... well, you'll know why.

Poor you. Echinacaea is good. Well, it works for me, which is all I can say in its favour.
