I did get to the library today. The forces of good triumph over the forces of inertia and sloth.

Read three articles, only one of which was consistently stupid. Also did a couple on-campus errandy things (Note to self: tomorrow, check your departmental mailbox. You never know; there could be something.) Now must really come to grips with the integration process. Get Rabinowitz and these other people INTO the argument.

I can do this. It's just a pain.

oracne and elisem have advanced the rather alarming theory that my creativity needs the litcrit for ballast. I am not sure this is an idea the repercussions of which I wish to contemplate.

The weather has gone rather sultry, but on the plus side I just ate a really good nectarine.
