Yesterday, I finished the new short-story at 6,200 words. And I've gotten a little forrader with Kekropia, but it's behaving like an octopus that doesn't want to get out of bed.

I have ideas for a couple more short stories bumping around like friendly manatees in the warm coastal waters of my backbrain, but the egregiousness of that simile suggests that what I really need to do at the moment is take myself off to bed.

Right then.
