It's not surprising, I suppose, that I currently have the attention span and energy of a hibernating bear, since the mounting evidence indicates that I was waaaaaaay more stressed about finishing Kekropia than my conscious mind was willing to admit that it knew. I mean, I knew I was stressed, but I didn't know I was crash-and-burn stressed. Always exciting to discover the conscious mind's talent for sticking its fingers in its ears and going la la la we're all fine here la la.
But, in any event, currently not at my best and brightest, and going to use LJ as a sort of bulletin board, just to remind myself of the things that need doing.
1. Proofs for Alchemy.
2. Article for Reflection's Edge.
3. Novella revisions.
4. Kekropia, when my first round of beta readers reports in.
5. Three or four short stories to tighten/revise/completely reshape. ("Three or four" depending on whether you make your count at the beginning of the process or the end, since two stories really need to be compressed into one. This is not going to be easy.)
6. The wolf book, when Mirrorthaw finishes looking for plot holes.
Okay. Maybe now at least I can remember what it is I'm supposed to be doing.
