I've gotten through the first two chapters of Kekropia on raw mulish willpower and the mantra It doesn't suck as much as I think it does. I hope I don't look as crappy as I feel (although I do have the whole white trash chic thing going on today, with the plum-colored bra under the white men's T-shirt), because I feel like a five-day-old, lint-covered, undead Pop Tart.
matociquala linked to this picture of an almiqui, which may not be extinct after all. Words cannot express how much I love this animal, which is really a pretty good representation of my interior weather today. Yes. Mostly extinct, ugly, put-upon and crabby about it. [ ETA: also poisonous. ] Me.
