back on the horse
Nov. 11th, 2003 09:51 amThree turnips lobbed.
Leaving two stories that I just don't know what to do with. Which is okay. They can sit for a while.

Date: 2003-11-11 08:19 am (UTC)I read my SFWA Bulletin market listings last night in a fit of despair. I mean, yeah, I'm writing a novel, but the sight of all those markets and how much money they paid made me wish I could write all the time and send stuff out.

Date: 2003-11-11 09:12 am (UTC)Um...is either one of them the story that I was all "oh, I'll look up possible places, just send it to me" about? Because I forget exactly which of my absurd personal circumstances spiraling out of control knocked that pledge off my radar screen, but it just blipped back on when I read this post. I'm sure I still have the purloined reference book sitting on my desk. I sure hope no one's been looking for that thing. Jesus...I remember looking at that thing in the temporary office I moved out of at the end of July. The vast abyss that is my brain is truly boundless. I think it is a black hole that is slowly consuming everything around it.
