Audrey is catching and eating teeny tiny bugs.

I don't know how they got into the faux-terrarium to begin with, but when I went to water Audrey this morning, first I noticed the teeny tiny bugs, and then I noticed that several of Audrey's mouths were shut (like the VFT in this icon, actually). So, I guess there's a god of Venus Fly Traps, and it's keeping an eye on Audrey.

This is either really heart-warming or really disturbing, or possibly both.

So from Audrey and me, Happy Thanksgiving!

It's appropriate, though, don't you think? Thanksgiving is All About Food.

Heh. An emergent property of a faux terrarium?

If there's real soil in the faux terrarium, the tiny bugs may have hitched a ride in. Happy Thanksgiving.

This is just feeling like one of George RR Martin's extra-gruesome bits. If one of Audrey's mouths starts shaping itself into your silhouette, RUN. FAST. I don't know Jala Wo's phone number.
