430 words this morning, plus 1,960 yesterday, a fair fraction of which were salvage from the ur-manuscript, and I've reached the end of the first movement of Chapter Eleven, which is roughly the first half. So I have a chapter and a half to go, and Chapter Twelve will be relatively short (I think) because it's all resolution-type stuff and finding closure and all that good shit.

I may actually finish this damn book, and the thought fills me with wonder and amazement.
