one of the few examples of a major, glaring plot-hole that even I can't handily swallow. Even though Tyree didn't actually shoot the other kid, he's still an accessory after the fact, he's still complicit in covering up a crime, & he's still threatened a police officer w/ a gun. He may get off on the last point (though I see Lou as being vindictive enough to a) make sure he's charged w/ all he can carry & b) have both Tyree & Reggie killed in prison, where they will both certainly go, even if it is w/ light sentences), but there is NO WAY he would not be charged as an accessory to the crime.
Some plot holes my mind is fine w/ accepting. Your ananlysis of meta, para, etc reality does a great job of outlining a lot of these, like the ACTUAL likelihood of anyone believing Fraser in drag. Some, like the dangling accessory in this & Victoria's preternatural ability AND luck in covering her tracks (they found NO hair, fingernails, prints, ANYWHERE? When did she have time to do all of this? We see her frantically leaving both houses in seconds flat- she still stopped to wipe the doorknobs? She ASSUMES far too much for such a brilliant plotter, things she couldn't possibly count on. & there are continuity slips too about the timing of various events, like hiding the key in the snowglobe) niggle (or shout) @ my brain every time.
