I think part of the reason I like Kowalski so much is that he reminds me of Rick Blaine. That bit in "Burning Down the House" about sticking your neck out?

Well, nice try, but you both stick your necks out every single chance you get. Plus, the hang up on the Girl That Got Away - which, okay, is far from unusual. Fraser has it too for awhile. (And I'd take Claude Rains over Ingrid Bergman any day.) But television that makes me think of Casablanca is good television, I figure.
