SHIRE RECKONING: Still haven't made it to the Midgewater Marshes.
Project Valkyrie hit a severe setback the past couple weeks due to PMS-caused achiness, depression, and lethargy. And then menstrual cramps and the general feeling I have during my period that too much movement is just bad. I did do errands on foot on Tuesday, including lugging two 10 pound bags of catfood for three blocks, but basically, yeah. I fell off the wagon. And getting back on has thus far involved shinsplints. Hence only 15 minutes tonight. (Explanation included not as an excuse, but so that in five years or whatever when I'm looking at my exercise patterns, I'll know what the hell happened in February '09.)
