There's some remaindered hardcover stock of both Melusine and The Virtu in Canada, at a few of the Coles, Indigo and Chapters stores. (I work for them.) Both books are sold out at most locations but Canadian readers can check online to see if stores in your area have a few left. Unfortunately, there aren't any available for order online any more... but fortunately, that is because they sold out quickly, because my customers liked them.
