and you're stopping because ... ?: I've got dis. stuff I need to do at home before I head to the library this afternoon. And I need not to overtax my wrists. Both these necessities make me cranky, but there's no getting around them.
If I want to finish my dissertation in the calendar year 2003 (or even in the first half of 2004), it has to start taking priority over other things. My posts may get tremendously boring here for the next several months, and I apologize for that. I do hope to continue to post about Sayers--I certainly haven't given up on that project--but those posts may become few and far between. I want this dissertation DONE, and I think I've finally reached the point where I want it done more than I want not to work on it.
*sigh* I just wish I didn't feel so much like a French noble facing Mme. Guillotine.
