Well, Rome's sort of in the middle: north of Naples but south of Perugia. And presumably the reason for the blond-haired blue-eyed Italians in the south is that Southern Italy used to be ruled by Normans. But Julius Caesar lived long, long before the Normans came.
"Don't worry" is right up there with "duck and cover" in the list of pointless phrases, but you will in fact do great.

The semseter starts in late August and ends just before Christmas. But to be in line for degree conferral in December probably means I've got other hoops I've got to jump through and an earlier deadline for at least some of this. I don't know about that part, because I haven't been willing to think about it.
