Jacobean chapter weighs in at 87 pages.
It has occurred to me that it would probably be smart, before trying to write a conclusion, to print out what I have and (a.) read it over myself and (b.) force some luckless soul (*cough*
heres_luck*cough*) to read over it as well.
And in the meantime, I can go back to the library and do more reading.
*But* I have a complete rough draft of the body of the dissertation, with, if not sufficient, then at least partial secondary reading. And I still have about six weeks left before my self-imposed deadline.
I may just be able to pull this off.

Date: 2003-08-20 04:13 pm (UTC)Oh, congratulations--that's wonderful. Isn't it a great feeling to finally have a real draft done? I'm at the final-edit stage myself, and am looking to submit in three months' time. Excited/trepidacious/jittery just about sums it up!
Anyway, good luck with meeting your deadline.
