It's unspeakably hot already and supposed to get hotter. Library for me this afternoon, where I can be both virtuous and air-conditioned.

I dreamed last night that Jude Law had joined the cast of Firefly (which ergo was still running). I was VERY cranky when I woke up and found it was only a dream.

I should exercise. Bleah.

I am torn between staying after work tonight and writing and surfing the net in air conditioning, or getting my hair cut, which has to happen sometime in the next four days.

Guess it will depend on how the rest of the day goes.

Yeah, it was. I was really mad when I woke up, not only because, hey, real world, Firefly got the axe, but because I woke up before I got to find out who/what Jude Law's character was going to be.

Damn.

Joss Whedon is currently writing a script for a Firefly movie, though - one which would introduce the characters to new folks but be set in the same universe as the TV series. So, if they get a buyer and manage to get the cast together again, that's two more hours or so of Firefly, right?

Oh, and this site (http://versaphile.com/download/firefly.html) has all the episodes, including the three never aired and the original version of the pilot, plus some hilarious gag reels. The DVD release is slated for December.
