*gnnh* Morning
Aug. 28th, 2003 10:18 amLong elaborate con-dreams (
misia trying to get my notebook back from Karen Joy Fowler for me (and I have no right to be dreaming anything of the sort about KJF, knowing her as I do only by sight, although she had mistaken me for Leah Cutter, which perhaps explains it), complete with Alice in Wonderland style trial--wtf?), probably in compensation for not being able to go to Torcon.
Today, aside from baking bread, I need to wrestle the secondary reading for Equus into the conclusion and further expand the Hamlet chapter to include Terence Hawkes and Margaret Ferguson, who annoys me by saying some of the same things I am, and saying them better.
emperor continues to make slow but remarkably steady progress, and is probably keeping me sane.

Date: 2003-08-28 10:51 am (UTC)I want to write, but I am pretty sure I will have no time whatsoever to do so this week.
Have promised myself, when I see the three people from workshop who will be in attendance, that I will NOT ask them if they've read chapters 1-5 and what they thought. I will NOT.
I wish you could've gone to TorCon, too! Canada is very lovely and everyone is very polite. And the public bathrooms have all been very clean. The bad part is that for the con we'll be cooped up indoors for days in a row.
