Nov. 28th, 2005 11:26 amI've updated my website. ph34r me.
Other than that, I've been playing a lot of Neverwinter Nights. And have learned that the game designers, like so many before them, have confused 'good' with 'nice.' Which is handy if you're trying--as an experiment--to keep a character True Neutral. All you have to do to counterbalance the tendency of the game to edge you steadily toward Good is go yell at an NPC. Unprovoked attacks from behind don't register so much as a quiver. But say something nasty to a distraught householder? Your actions have shifted your alignment 3 points toward Evil.
Perhaps it's just that I have a small and simple mind, but I don't think I'm ever going to find that not funny.
