PSA: rengeek division
Mar. 19th, 2006 09:08 amIt occurred to me that some of y'all might (a.) not know about this and (b.) like to know about this. Namely that Naxos has a recording of a number of Thomas Campion's lute songs. (
matociquala is talking about Campion this morning, which is what made me think of it.) Along with lots of other very cool stuff: I also have their recording of John Dowland's lute songs and some other early music--and then there's the whole rest of their catalogue.
If you're going to order, I recommend ArkivMusic rather than Amazon, because ArkivMusic gives you the lovely lovely Naxos prices. Amazon inflates.
