You know how in werewolf movies, or on Buffy or Angel, the first bullet/tranquilizer dart/other method of subduance doesn't do a damn thing?

That's me, the ibuprofen, and this foul headache, with the headache starring as the werewolf.

Ibuprofen's never been strong enough for me. You can take some meds on top of it--Tylenol/acetaminophen is one, I think (IANAD).
