Prince and I have cleaned the bathroom.

And now George Michael and I are going to clean the kitchen.

80's dance-pop may not have a lot to say for itself, but it sure is good music to clean by.

For reasons beyond the obvious nominal qualities, The Clean are also a great 80's band to accompany a cleaning project.

Since I don;t listen to him too often, whenever somebody mentions Prince I automatically think not of his music but of the Animaniacs skit containing the following scene (the Warners are trying to solve a murder mystery):

YAKKO: Everybody look for prints!
DOT: (Holding Prince in her arms) I found Prince!
YAKKO: No no no, finger prints.
PRINCE: (wiggles his eyebrows)
DOT: (primly) I don't think so.
