Today Mirrorthaw and I bought a house.

We went out for Chinese food with

heres_luck afterwards, and then went out to the house and removed nails and screws from the wall. You know Pinhead from Hellraiser? That's what these walls looked like, like a cross between a voodoo doll and a pincushion. And we didn't get all of the nails out, either.

I kept petting the house consolingly. It's a beautiful house and deserves better.

Also found the Secret Graveyard of the Cat Toys. We moved a piece of furniture which the seller had left because we bought it from them, and it was like falling into King Tut's tomb. Furry mice, wine corks, the dust of ages ...
