Every so often, I have to remind myself that the point of the first draft is not to be perfect. The point of the first draft is to get the words on the page. If they suck, you fix it on the second draft. You don't fix it pre-emptively by not writing the words at all.
And now I need to give my hands a break. And also? Eat breakfast. A most splendid coincidence!
