Chapters 1 and 2 of The Virtu have been wrestled into a rough approximation of their new shape, 7,600 words down from the first draft and hopefully with better signposting.

I am reminding myself that the correct response here is gratitude for the chance to fix everything that's wrong, not resentment at the work involved. Right? Right.
