I'm doing a reading this Sunday, November 13, at 2:00 p.m., at A Room of One's Own in Madison, Wisconsin. If you can and want to come, please do!

Not only is The Virtu available for pre-order on Amazon, so is the paperback of Mélusine. (And don't forget The Queen in Winter.)

I have seen the cover art for The Virtu, and it is lovely.

At long and glorious last, I have made another sale. "National Geographic On Assignment: Mermaids of the Old West" (250 words) has gone to Fictitious Force for issue 2 or 3. First sale since April, and yes, it does make one understand how baseball players get so superstitious about slumps.

Dude! I have already pre-ordered said items. Because, apparently, I am your slave. At least when it comes to reading. Don't expect any laundry out of me.
