One rejection and one dead market today (and, yes, I did have something subbed at Scifiction, she says bitterly). It looks like Monday is going to be the Day of Turnips, as I have those two stories to go out, plus "The World Without Sleep" and "Draco campestris" if I can finish fixing it. Which, really. It needs two paragraphs tweaked. Surely I can buckle down and do that much. ::cracks whip over self::

Feeling a little less loathly with the cold today, which is good seeing as how the reading is tomorrow. I still wouldn't say I'm back on my game, but at least I don't feel like bargain basement undead anymore.

Two days ago, reading LJ, I would have *sworn* someone said "Sarah Caudwell". Read back carefully through all the entries on the page; couldn't find it.
