Pfft. Rose comes out between 40 and 51 depending on whether you count stuff that happens over the course of the story and a couple of other places where the answer to the question as asked is neither a straightforward yes nor no, and there seem to be implicit assumptions about why characters have traumatic pasts which I find a bit irksome.
