Gentle Readers, we have a draft.
Jul. 20th, 2006 07:33 pmThe Mirador, Chapter 17: 13,110 words
The Mirador, 5th draft, total: 167,454 words
Okay, there was a lot of deadwood in Part Two.
I feel much better about this draft. I might even go so far as to say it doesn't suck. There are plenty of things I need to go back and fix (aren't there always?), but I think the bones are there.
I'm giving myself the rest of the night off.
