The revisions of The Mirador are due November first. Thirty-four days from now.

The current draft of The Mirador is seven hundred thirty-one pages long.

So to meet my deadline, I need to deal with

::wrangles with calculator::

a minimum of twenty-one and a half pages of draft a day. (Material which may be added does not affect this number.)

Okay.

This is me not panicking, and remembering to breathe.

... ... ... shit.

You can do it!

I have faith in you! Go get 'em!

Of course, you should keep in mind that I'm currently buried under some truly traumatic College Writing papers. Given the choice, right now, I might take the novel-wrangling.

Still, you can do it!

the grrly grrl

Do we need to send gaudy ink, or fancy chocolates?

You can do it! If you get 25 pages a day you'll be so far ahead of yourself you won't know what to do! Even 23 will add up fast!

GO GO GO GADGET TRUEPENNY, GO!

Deadlines are killer and can really strangle creativity. I wish you the best of luck in pulling through~

Sorry for being random. I'm just a new fan of yours who is now stalking you. Boo ha ha.

Another one rooting for you. I want to read all your books, especially the ones still to be revised or written, because they'll be *better* than Melusine, and that's pretty high on my happy books list.

(Entirely unrelated fangirly frustration: I special ordered The Virtu since my Favourite Bookstore didn't have it on the shelf. The day before they called to say it was in {Last Friday} I lost my job. Hmmm... eat until employed or pretty hardcover....)

Aiee! I am so sorry. The timing on that is really adding insult to injury. I hope you find a new job soon.

It's not so bad as all that; I was first hired by this company via a temp agency, lo those many years agone, and so I talked to them right away (Because it's a bear trying to find work that will accommodate a school schedule alone, and temping requires not too much mind.)
