Campbell. AKA deja vu.

As everyone and their dog knows by now, the Hugo ballot has been released.

Just as with last year, I'm thrilled to be nominated for the Campbell and have no expectation of winning.

(And, no, there is no sarcasm in that sentence. I am thrilled. And while I won't pretend I wouldn't like to win, there's another way in which I already have. And I know it.)

Congratulations to my fellow nominees for the not-a-Hugo--Scott Lynch, Naomi Novik, Brandon Sanderson, and Lawrence M. Schoen--and congratulations likewise to everybody up for a yes-a-Hugo!
