Again, you have my heartfelt sympathy. It's the major disadvantage to being the organic, seat-of-the-pants sort of writer instead of the sort who outlines.

Hang in there. I was doing exactly this from, say, Feb through May, and I felt that way every day: that I didn't have time to stop to think about what I was doing.
