(1,240 words for today thus far)
Chapter 15: 11,300 words
Summerdown, thus far: 130,839
Approx. 44k to go
One more chapter of set up, then the climax, and then unknown quantities of denouement, some of which is still highly, um, theoretical.

Date: 2007-07-08 04:22 pm (UTC)When does The Virtu come out in paperback? I've checked the Borders website only about a million times and it says "July 2007," and, well, it is July. I pre-ordered it, um, a long time ago, and though I keep checking the site, it still says "Title not yet published." Usually when it lists a month as the publish date, I'm able to find the book on the shelves on the first of that month :/
My complete and utter impatience by this point is due to the fact that I've been DYING to read this book ever since I picked up Melusine on a whim and read it, which was roughly a year ago.
It may also have something to do with the fact that, in reading reviews for The Virtu, I unwittingly read one with a MAJOR SPOILER that the cruel, cruel person did NOT write a warning for and now it is KILLING ME.Anyway, to stop my rambling, is there a more specific publish date for the book other than "July 2007?" Just so I know and don't start making up conspiracy theories.
Oh, and I just wanted to say good luck with the rest of Summerdown!
