1. Fantasy Book Critic is giving away a set of my first three books. Deadline October 2.

2. Sean at Prime Books has posted the mock-up of the cover for The Bone Key. Which really will be published soon, we swear to Dog!

3. Heartburn sucks. Especially when it's the result of taking one's acid reflux medication. ("Do you know what irony is, Baldrick?")

4. There is no #4, because not only do I not have the brain power to come up with a coherent entry, I don't have the brain power to think of five things to say.

5. I could post nothing but Joanna Russ quotes for a week and still not have gotten to all the good bits in The Country You Have Never Seen.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "preview copy," nor do I have any knowledge of Liverpool University Press's publishing schedule. I was sent a copy of the book--and it is a book, not a bound galley--because I was asked to review it for Strange Horizons. That's all I can tell you.
