I am back home after Fourth Street, which was exceedingly excellent. I will try to post more and better later (although with Corambis revisions due at the end of July, don't count on it), but for now I just want to remark that I listened to Peggy O'Neill's album, Love, Lust, and Frustration, on repeat all the way home, and it is awesome. If you like women blues singers, which I do.

Yes, there is some really great stuff on there. Thanks for linking her website--she mentioned it to me when I saw her on Friday night, but so much has happened since then that I forgot.

Ooh, music!

I noticed over the weekend that Corambis has an Amazon page. Already!

Finding out about Peggy's music was one of the best things about Fourth Street for me. On top of the panel discussions, and the consuite talks, and the oh-in-the-hallway-hello chats, and -- yeah.

Thank you for your contribution to this wonderful weekend.

I found myself disappointed with some of the album arrangements after hearing her live (Dance Then, frinstance) but, yes, ::Loff::. Peggy rocks.

Thank you for your wonderful comments. You all made my day. 4th Street was a wonderful experience. Sometimes things come together just right and create something bigger than one's imagination. ie I feel like all my shutters, doors and windows have blown open and joy emerged.
