Sometimes I despair of myself.

truepennyYou know, I do this every goddamn time. I go to update my website, get all the files in shape, open Filezilla . . . and cannot find the index card that has the server's IP address on it. It's Somewhere On My Desk.
It finally occurred to me, in the middle of today's as-yet fruitless search, that it would be really smart to put that index card somewhere else. Not Somewhere Safe, as that's a completely separate category of disaster, but somewhere I can find the damn thing. And if I can drag it out of the primal chaos one more time, maybe that'll actually happen.
Maybe.
Who decided my brain should be running the show? Honestly.
