Wow. I'm SO glad I found myself a hardcover copy of The Virtu when I was at Chapters last -- in the Bargain Books section no less. I'm thinking I should have a bit from my next paycheck and get hardcover copies of Melusine and The Mirador, because I'm quickly wearing out my paperbacks.
Hardcovers are certainly not as easy to tote around in a purse, but I will sacrifice that for the chance to re-read them for decades rather than years.
