Now I am going to go exercise. mirrorthaw bought me the EA Sports Active--for those who are interested, I like it much better than the Wii Fit. It's more flexible, more responsive, and it provides a much more balanced workout. Also, it does not NAG me.

Meanwhile, Pandora is providing Cab Calloway. There was Mississippi John Hurt earlier. Life is not too shabby.

I smiled when I saw this. Me, I like the nagging. :-)

I faked a workout once on the Jillian Michaels Wii program just to see what happened and she started to throw out comments like: "Come on. Work it. You came to me, I didn't come to you."

No, no, it nags me IN the exercises. (I like the EA trainer better than the Wii trainer, too.) But the PROGRAM does not nag me. The Wii Fit simulates disappointment in you if you do not turn it on every damn day.

Ah ... the JM program does that as well, but only with a red check mark on the calendar day where you were supposed to exercise.

I hate those red check marks. Luckily, I'm enjoying the exercise enough that those are fewer and farther between now.
