May. 18th, 2011 05:44 pmA weird little miracle occurred. The Saab guys found two '97 9000 ignition switches that had been shelved wrong. I got one, and then apparently another guy came in today with the exact same problem, and he got the other.
So, you know, if you're a weirdo like me still driving a '97 Saab 9000, it looks like you can expect your ignition switch to fail on you any time now.

Date: 2011-05-19 03:46 am (UTC)(My husband drives a '97 Audi, so I know all about how "The parts falling off this car are of the finest imported quality!" Heh. For us, this week, it was part of the radiator cap just... disintegrating. Luckily, we could order a new one.
