Nebula Awards Weekend

So, yes, I will be attending the Nebula Awards Weekend this year. I will be attending as Katherine Addison, given that Katherine Addison is the one nominated for the award, not Sarah Monette.

As you might expect, this is a rather peculiar feeling.

I maintain the website of Frances Brody, who previously wrote under her own name of Frances McNeil, but whose publisher thought she should have a new name for her new series of murder mysreries. These have been very successful, to the extent that her publisher now plans to reissue the earlier books, with the author credited as "Frances Brody writing as Frances McNeil". She is similarly nonplussed by this.
