I am launching a Patreon on Tuesday. If you have suggestions about patron rewards, I would love to hear them.

(N.b., my book reviews will still go up at Goodreads and here, all content currently in the dreamwidth archive will stay there, and I will not be abandoning this blog, although the content may be mostly political for a while fuck you 2017.)

Riddler reward?

Though I didn't get around to participating, I quite liked "Ask me a riddle and I reply." Perhaps you'd like a reward along those lines? While we're hoping you become able to write novels again?

High tiers could be reading/reviewing a specific book, just to add even more to your unread books pile? For great justice/artist support, of course.

Or voting on a list of books you have ready for what you'll read next?

Although some authors have non-reward tiers, and I'm just as happy with those. I tend not to be among the high-fliers, though. (Ursula Vernon's 2nd tier at $2/month: Still nothing -- and twice as much of it!)

I think some authors (Harry Connolly) send their blog posts to patreon the day before they show up. The last thing I want as a patreon support is to distract the authors I'm supporting from actually producing the stuff I'm hoping to read. So don't feel you have to promise to make and send out random stuff.

I already answered on Twitter, but in a more general sense, I think you should do something you will enjoy and look forward to. I'll read anything you write except for occasional reviews of books about murders that sound too scary for my poor brain.

What they said -- especially the "it's fine to have a Just Support for things that the author would do anyway" (aka the UrsulaV low tiers) and "do things you'll look forward to."

As alluded to above, something some webcomics do is show patrons material in advance by a week or couple days or so, so you could post reviews for Patreon first, and then in the usual places, if that would not be too much management.
